Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will proceed to the Le Meridien Airport Hotel to have dinner and a day-use room.  

In the evening you will proceed to the airport for your Egypt Air flight to Nairobi.

NAIROBI - ABERDARE COUNTRY CLUB (THE ARK)

Early morning you will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi where you will obtain your Kenya entry visa upon arrival ($50.00 per passport) then you will be met and transferred by your private safari vehicle and driver/guide to the Nairobi Serena hotel for an open buffet breakfast. 

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your driver/guide to start your wonderful safari adventure by driving to Mt. Kenya National Park. You will arrive at Aberdare Country Club where you will have lunch. After lunch, you will board Aberdare Country Club's bus to take you through a safari experience for about an hour.  You will then arrive at your destination where you will spend the next night at a very unique place called THE ARK. Dinner and overnight game viewing from the balconies of the lodge.

Day 4

THE ARK/AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK / (AMBOSELI SERENA LODGE)

Early morning wake-up call and buffet breakfast at the lodge.  Board the bus to return back to Aberdare Country Club to pick up your luggage and meet your driver/guide to board the safari vehicles for Amboseli National National where you will spend the next three nights at the Amboseli Serena Lodge. Afternoon game drive.Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK / (AMBOSELI SERENA LODGE)

Early morning tea or coffee then meet your driver/guide for your morning game drive.  Return to the lodge for lunch.  In the afternoon meet your driver and guide for your afternoon game drive.  Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Early morning tea or coffee then meet your driver/guide for your morning game drive.  Return to the lodge for lunch.  In the afternoon meet your driver and guide for your afternoon game drive.  Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to cross to the Tanzania side where you will be met and transferred to have lunch. After lunch, you will proceed to the NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA / (NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE)

Enjoy a buffet breakfast, followed by your descent into the morning mists to the floor of the 2,000-foot-deep crater for game viewing at its best in the world’s largest natural zoo! The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest intact caldera in an exceptional geographical position, forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 sq km with sides up to 600m deep. It is the stalking ground of 20 - 30,000 wild animals at any one time. The crater floor consists of a number of ecological environments that include grassland, swamps, forests, and Lake Makat, a central soda lake filled by the Munge river. All these various habitats attract numerous wildlife to drink, wallow, graze, hide or climb. 
Enjoy your half-day safari experience.  Your game drive and lodge accommodations will provide you with breathtaking views of the crater floor far below and spectacular game viewing. A picnic lunch will be provided for lunch on the Crater floor.  Return to the lodge for dinner & overnight.

NGORONGORO / SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK via OLDUVAI GORGE / (SERENA SOPA LODGE)

After breakfast, you will continue your adventure by driving- about 4 hours - to Serengeti National Park. En route, you are going to stop to visit OLDUVAI GORGE, which is an archaeological site located in the eastern Serengeti Plains, which is in northern Tanzania. Olduvai Gorge is one of the most important paleo anthropological sites in the world and has been instrumental in furthering the understanding of early human evolution. The gorge is a very steep-sided ravine roughly 30 miles long and 295 ft. deep. The first specimen of Paranthropus Boisei, also called Nutcracker Man, was reported by Mary and Louis Leakey in 1959 from a site in Olduvai Gorge, Tanzania. In the afternoon, after your visit to Olduvai Museum, you'll continue driving through the Serengeti Plains, viewing the dramatic scenery and numerous animals indigenous to the area.  A picnic lunch box will be provided.  

Late afternoon: Arrive at Serengeti Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10

SERENGETI, THE GREAT MIGRATION - (SERENGETI SOPA LODGE)

After breakfast, you will go on an early morning game drive in Serengeti National park, where you will enjoy seeing some of the living wild: Lion, Buffalo, Cheetah, Giraffe, Baboon, Gazelle, Wildebeest as well as abundant bird life. After lunch at the lodge, there will be an afternoon game drive. Return to the camp before dark for dinner and overnight.

Day 11

SERENGETI / ARUSHA / NAIROBI / (NAIROBI SERENA LODGE)

Breakfast, followed by your departure transfer to the Seronera Airstrip for your short flight to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha where we will connect to either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airports for your flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport. Arrive at Wilson Airport where you'll be met and transferred to the Nairobi Serena Hotel for an overnight stay.

Lunch and dinner or your own.

Day 12

NAIROBI KENYA / CAIRO

Very early morning, you may take a box breakfast and then be transferred to Nairobi International Airport for your Egypt Air flight to Cairo. A.M. arrive at Cairo International Airport where you will spend the day at the La Passage Airport Hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure or an optional visit to the Pyramids or Egyptian Museum. Lunch and dinner on your own.

SERONERA (SERENGETI) /ARUSHA/ZANZIBAR - (ZANZIBAR SERENA HOTEL)

After breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred to Seronera Airstrip for your flight departure to the ISLAND of ZANZIBAR. Arrive in Arusha where you will connect to another hour and a half flight to Zanzibar. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Zanzibar where you will be met and transferred to spend the next night at the ZANZIBAR SERENA HOTEL.  Dinner on your own.

Day 12

August 6

ZANZIBAR (Stone Town & Spice Tours) / NORTHEAST COAST - (BLUE BAY BEACH RESORT)

Breakfast, followed by your departure for a half-day tour of historic Stone Town where history appears to stand still. Your tour includes visits to the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People's Palace) National Museum, and the Arab Fort. Also included is a visit to the site of the former slave market site at Mkunazini rounds off an insight into Zanzibar's huge history and vibrant culture.

After lunch, we will continue our adventure for a half-day spice tour in Kizimbani. The history of Zanzibar would be incomplete without seeing the cloves and many other spices, which brought the Sultans of Oman and the beginnings of the infamous slave trade.

After the tours, you will continue your journey for about an hour's drive to the northeast where you are going to spend the next three nights at the Blubay Beach Resort.
